ELIZA COOPERS SAMPLER
Sweet little sampler done using muted colors of grey/green, hazelnut, and light cilantro. Features the complete alphabet, a set of numbers, Elizas name and age, date, three motifs and a tiny heart. Frame , made by my husband, is black/brown, very gently aged. Sampler comes under glass with a dust cover and hanger. Measures 7 3/4 x 8 1/2 . Design by Early America 1815.

Hooked by Dorrie, using a pattern that was based on a Maggie Bonanomi design, the pad is done using 100% hand-dyed wool. Colors used were coffee brown as the background, basket was done in a faded slate blue, flowers were done from a beautiful striped wool of muted oranges, reds, and mustard, soft grass green used for stems and barley for smaller flowers. The binding is done in a muted black/brown herring bone coat weight wool. Measures 13" round.

ALICE TRIMBLES PILLOW TUCK
The design for this sweet pillow was really meant for a sampler, but in the end I changed my mind and did it a bit differently. Done in beautiful muted colors it features the alphabet and many lovely motifs, and Miss Trimbles name and age. Done on a gently aged osnaburg fabric, the back is an olde gold colonial print that has also been gently aged. It has been hard filled with clean sawdust. Measures a nice 5 1/2 by 6. Simple and sweet! The pattern was designed by Early America 1815.

Blackwork Motif Pillow
Had this pattern for some time and was really anxious to do it......for Fall, yes, I am a bit early, but this pillow can really be used all year round. Done is a flat black thread by Valdani, stitched on aged osnaburg, backed with a black colonial print, and filled with clean sawdust. Beautiful motifs, especially love the border on this one. Measures 7 x 5 1/2. A Stacy Nash design.
