Hello folks and welcome to my little corner of Primitive Handmades Mercantile. My name is Margie and I am the owner of Hungry Hook Primitives where I offer hooked rugs, hand dyed woolens, rug hooking kits, patterns and supplies. Here are the primitive wares I am offering for the beautiful month of May
The first item I have to offer this month is a beautifully fluffy, hand hooked sheep mat that is hooked by me with all "torn" pieces of wool for a very primitive look. The strips are almost a full half inch wide and that gives so much curliness to the sheep...I think it would look lovely on any chair, chest, box or table in your primitive home. The woolens used have been hand dyed by me from in shades in from my upcoming dye book. I t will come signed and dated by me and measures 9 x 11.

The next item I have made for you this month is a another hand hooked mat, again hooked from wool that I hand dyed from my recipes. The simple message "FREEEDOM" seems appropriate for the troubled times we live in and is the second rug in my "Patriot Series". You may remember last year I did a "LIBERTY" rug in the same color scheme. This mat will also come signed and dated by me and measures 6.5 x 10.5
